Customization, Production Errors, and Resolution Policy

Due to the extensive customization services we offer — including specific variations in sizing, color, fabric selection, structural design, and styling — each garment is uniquely crafted according to individual specifications.

While we maintain strict quality control standards throughout our production process, the highly individualized nature of this work means that occasional production errors or deviations may occur.

We explicitly state that the delivery of an incorrect item, or one that deviates from the requested specifications, is strictly a production discrepancy and in no way represents a deliberate act of deception, misrepresentation, or fraud on our part.

We stand firmly behind the integrity of our craftsmanship. In the event that a customer receives an incorrect product due to a production error on our end, the customer reserves the right to claim one of the following resolutions:

• Full Refund — A complete return of the original purchase amount.
• Product Exchange — An exchange of the incorrect item for an alternative article.
• Complimentary Remake — A brand new, fully corrected version of the originally ordered article, manufactured and shipped at no additional cost to the customer.
